This space and time ha...e allowed us to express the fullest versions of ourselves and to notice the quiet elements of our temporary shared space; the afternoon light, the growth of the plants in the windowsill, the wrinkles of the blanket under our naked bodies, and the details of her illustrations tattooed on her arm.
While reflecting on these moments, I cannot help but consider of the world that surrounds our intimate bubble; How we are experiencing the first global pandemic in our lifetime, how we have both lost of jobs and our sense of time, how people are still dying by the hands of a corrupted system, how we are still waiting on the approval of her artist visa, and how we are dreaming of a life outside of this pandemic.
