How to Add Images to Scopio’s Library

How to Add Images to Scopio’s A-La-Carte Marketplace

Interested in getting your photos out there? Scopio is working to make images from great photographers accessible to brands across the globe.

Our mission is to replace unrealistic stock photography with images that are more authentic, and Scopio's commitment-free photo model doesn’t just make it easier for you to share your photos with great companies. It also makes achieving that goal a reality.

To fill up Scopio's dashboard with brilliant photos, we’re asking photographers around the globe to sign a non-exclusive contract, upload images to a Google Drive folder and then share both with us for our review. If they're accepted, we’ll then add those submissions to the new site so that companies can publish them without a hassle. Flexibility is key, after all!

Interested? That's awesome! Here’s how to take part:

1. Create a Google Drive folder for your images and videos. This is completely free for you, so feel free to add as many photos as you like! Please, no watermarks. We tend to upload more photos that include people, but we’re big fans of travel, tech, entrepreneurial and general lifestyle images as well.

2. Download and sign Scopio’s Contributor Agreement. If you’re under 18, have a parent sign it with you. Signing it digitally is okay, and DocuSign for mobile makes that process a breeze. Upload it to the same Google Drive folder that houses your photo submissions. Since the license is non-exclusive, you still can display and use your work and you’re even free to sell it under any other non-exclusive provisions.

3. If there are people in your photo besides you, download and sign Scopio’s model release together to receive 10 times the payment. This will allow you to sell your photos commercially, which will guarantee you more cash.

4. Share your Google Drive folder and signed agreement (plus the model releases) with [email protected]We’ll review your work to see if it can be uploaded to our site(s) or used for any of our projects. If so, we’ll upload your work and will notify you via email to set up a payment (via Venmo, PayPal or Bitcoin) if it’s sold. This is done near the end of each month.

The sooner you upload your work, the faster it’ll be available for companies to purchase. Feel free to check out our photographer FAQ or drop a comment below if you have any questions!
