Scopio accepts photographers and artists 12 years old and above to submit their images on Scopio

Scopio has changed its terms to accept artists 12 years and above to support young artists. They will still need the email confirmation of their guardian. This protects their work amidst fakes and copies happening on other platforms and opens up a safe space for young artists.
